DMCA Takedown Notice
Inst24 respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.
How to submit a takedown request
Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — preferably the exact URL on inst24.com.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may delay processing. We may forward a copy of the notice to the person who posted the material or to other affected parties.
Counter-notification process
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or for any judicial district in which Inst24 may be found if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order against you.
Repeat infringer policy
Inst24 will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access related to users or listings that are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove listings when we receive valid notices or when we otherwise become aware of clear infringement.
